1. Agreement
By creating an account or using goMoney, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What goMoney is
goMoney is a personal finance habit coach for adults. It helps you understand spending, set budgets, optionally connect a bank for transaction sync (premium), and optionally pause selected apps/sites with budget-aware friction. goMoney is not a bank, broker, lender, payment processor, or investment adviser.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. goMoney is designed for U.S. consumers and is not a parental-control product for another person’s device.
4. Account
You may delete your account in Settings; deletion is permanent. Disconnect bank removes the live Plaid connection but keeps historical synced rows unless you also delete your account.
5. Premium subscription (Apple In-App Purchase)
Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store. Billing is handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Prices, trial length (if offered), and renewal period are shown on the purchase sheet and in the in-app paywall before you confirm.
- Auto-renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple will charge your Apple ID for renewal. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Trial (when offered): If a free trial is available, Apple shows its length and price after trial on the purchase sheet.
- Restore purchases: Re-links an active App Store subscription to your current goMoney account. Restore brings back premium entitlement, not data from a previously deleted goMoney account.
6. Bank linking (Plaid)
Premium users may connect a bank through Plaid Link. You may disconnect at any time in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
7. Screen Time / protection (optional)
If you opt in, goMoney uses Apple Family Controls so you can pause apps/sites you select. This is self-control / digital wellbeing, not a card or Apple Pay freeze.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use goMoney in violation of Plaid’s or Apple’s terms.
9. Disclaimers
goMoney provides coaching and tools, not professional financial, tax, or legal advice. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of goMoney. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL and, when appropriate, noted in the app.
